We are a Dighton, MA based food truck and caterer. We will hitch up the trailer and travel ALMOST anywhere for the right event
Our Pitmaster is an undefeated* BBQ legend**. He has been slow smoking pork, brisket, chicken, ribs, turkey etc... for 20+ years. We use our signature blend of rubs, wood & coal for a BBQ sensory overload that you are likely not prepared for.
A recent move from Florida has
turned a lifelong hobby into a business.

Our mobile BBQ laboratory is at your service. We are available for catering, corporate lunches & events, fund raisers, parties, weddings, etc. You can feed your guests or employees complete, delicious, slow smoked BBQ meals for less than you think.
